NOTICE:

1. For authors, One regular registration is within Four Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.
2. One author can only register for a maximum of two papers.
3. Please send the required documents: ①final paper; ②signed copyright form; ③filled registration form; ④payment proof to Contact_icidml@163.com to finish the registration.
4. Cancellation of a registered participant cannot be acceptable due to participants’ personal reasons, such as, visa, etc, but substitute participants are welcome.
5. The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
6. The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled.
7. For your property safety, please take good care of your belongings, and valuables should be depositted to the front desk during the conference. If things lost, the conference organizer shall not be responsible for yours!

Details of the registration fees

1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
2. The registration fee does not include:

• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fare

3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
4. This conference has set a fixed exchange rate of 100 RMB to 15 USD.
5. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
6. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.

Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

• 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
• 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
• Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
• After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

No Show Policy

ICIDML 2025 enforces a no-show policy. Any paper which is accepted to the conference and is included in the final program is expected to be presented at the conference during its scheduled presentation date and time by the papers corresponding author. The author(s) of any paper which is not presented but completed final submission and is added to the final conference program will be subscribed to the no-show list compiled by ICIDML 2025. Authors who are listed to the ICIDML 2025 no-show list will be included on said list for a period of no less than 2 years. The list of no-shows will be made available to ICIDML 2025 Conference organizers, and said organizers may reject submissions from authors included on the no show list.
